And i signed the contract to work for the company presented to me as

I was employed to create social media sites on
Facebook
Google+
Youtube
and
Twitter
At the time i had agreed to work at least 8 hours minimum each month for the flat rate of $100
I was to be paid $20 per hour for overtime above that
Over the 7 months i created the or pages for the company
of

Jetlev Racing
Jetlev Mermaids

On the date of

I was sent an email form

About the sites of
Jetlev Flyer Australia
Jetpack Adventures AU
Jetlev Racing
And the
UNAUTHORISED USE OF THE JETLEV NAME
After sending back an email asking what would happen if i kept posting to the sites
i was told to
Seek my own counsel.
So i did and after some research online and some looking into it and a response from someone
at
Jetlev Flyer Australia
I assessed the photos and videos and removed the ones that were from America
They can always be re uploaded later if some one wants to but not me.
I informed the
Jetlev Trust
that i wished to stopped working for them and that we should look into settling things out and
transferring the accounts over to them
I then went back and looked at my Time Card Sheet from the work that i did
and calculated the Amounts that were not paid.
Up to this point in time i had only been paid an Initial $200 to create the first lot of accounts
then
$100 per month for the remainder 6 months.
So $800 all up.
So to settle up i generated the Invoices as required by their original contract to supply each month
and added in the Overtime and
the Additional costs of setting up
the Extra Accounts of
Jetlev Mermaids

It was then that i received a call from
Patrick Gentile
from
PJG Solicitors
I explained to him that as soon as the outstanding balance of the
Work that i was employed by the
Trust
to complete was paid for
i would refrain from handing over the
Login Codes for the Social Media Sites.
After that phone call, some time later i tried to log into some of the accounts
just to check
only to find that
i could no longer log into
At first i could not work out how it was done,
Then i realised, what had happened.
They decided not to pay me and get the accounts without paying my
outstanding balance of
$1,520
As of today i still have control of the Pages on
Yet i have also added a Profile by the name of
John Stewart
on request of the
Jetlev Trust
They are now a "Manager" on Google+
After two weeks
They can be "transferred" over and be the
"Owners"
and remove me from the site as a "Manager"
As long as my Outstanding Balance of $1,520 has been paid.
As for Facebook, the fact that the accounts on Youtube and Twitter were some
how taken out of my control and unable to log back into these accounts
I have decided to not transfer over the Facebook Accounts
Fully, until the Google+ Accounts are ready
